Vapor blasting? I want. I need.
Original Wood Glass
We've been working on it for a while and the time has finally come. We are having ORIGINAL glass made for the Wood frame. Using the original molds and process. Vacuum bag composite for a lightweight and flexible piece. White or Red polyester gel coat with vinyl ester resin (fuel resistant).
This is a limited time offer, there's no guarantee that they will be reproduced in the future. I only have parts for a 20 sets and almost have half sold.
Be warned, they will have a higher price tag due to the materials and process.
If you are interested in proper fitting ORIGINAL glass please message or call for details. ... See MoreSee Less
Kevin at Goon Glass & Rubber, if you are wanting quality, %100 original Tanks and seats of the highest quality I highly recommend grabbing a set of this Glass! Vacume infusion makes for a perfect mix of resin and fiber. These parts will be light, flexible and strong. I have had several customers send me original wood glass for minor repairs and all I can tell you is that I was very impressed with the quality of the parts and the perfection of the design! Sure, you could save some $$ and buy from us other guys but..if you want original fit and make..contact EPS and get a set. Trust me...from another Glass guy...its worth the price to have the original and not a replica.

The motor is held together with silicone and rust. Going to be a fun one, lots of penetrating oil and a torch. Still not near the worst engine opened up.

Ouch! That is my “new to me” 604. I have confidence that Eli can bring her back after years of neglect from previous owners.
Id have to say that side of the motor is the only gripe I have about a Rotax!
