That’s Beautiful!

Over the weekend of November 9th and 10th, Andre Ochs and the EPS team showed that TM's 450Fi production flat track motorcycle was more than capable of running with the highly modified bikes ridden by local and national level pros on Perris Raceway's short track and TT. After a second in the heat race on the short track secured a front row start for the Pro Main, the last race of the night left the line with Andre in fourth behind James Ott, Nick Armstrong, and Clayton Williams. Andre passed Clayton and Nick and set out after James, with the two swapping the lead several times. This allowed Nick to catch up and join the battle as the trio pulled out a gap on fourth. For the next dozen laps or so they swapped positions in one of the closest Pro races seen at an SCFTA race in a while. At the checkered flag it was James Ott with the win on his highly modified KTM 450, Nick Armstrong second with a framer Yamaha twin, and Andre Ochs third, his second time racing the production TM450.

Sunday's Pro TT main began with a holeshot for Ochs, but a big tumble in the first turn brought out a red flag and a full restart. The restart didn't go as well. While Ochs left the line first, he believed he had jumped and slowed expecting a red flag and a spot on the penalty line. With the daylight fading fast, the race continued with Ochs mid pack, with Justin Thurman leading James Ott and the rest. Ochs worked through the pack, dropping Ott to third and running down Thurman, taking the lead as the pair entered the infield of the TT and pulling away for the win, the first Pro class win for the TM 450FI Flat Track at Perris after many podiums and top five finished with various riders.

I will take one with a plated liner

Bore? I'm definitely interested

If I could afford this , I would sign up . Looking good it's on my wish list

Uninformed: what’s a DLC pin. I’m thinking it’s a wrist pin but not up speed on DLC.

Dave Pelton. There ya go man.

Kevin at Goon Glass & Rubber, if you are wanting quality, %100 original Tanks and seats of the highest quality I highly recommend grabbing a set of this Glass! Vacume infusion makes for a perfect mix of resin and fiber. These parts will be light, flexible and strong. I have had several customers send me original wood glass for minor repairs and all I can tell you is that I was very impressed with the quality of the parts and the perfection of the design! Sure, you could save some $$ and buy from us other guys but..if you want original fit and make..contact EPS and get a set. Trust me...from another Glass guy...its worth the price to have the original and not a replica.
